General Terms & Conditions

The following Terms & Conditions apply to all agreements made between involved parties: The property and all guests staying at the property.

Booking: All booking must be made at least 48 hours prior to the check-in date, it can be made via call or email and it will be subjected to availability

Personal Details: The guest has to provide to the Property correct personal details. In case incorrect information is provided, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. Your personal details will always be treated with full confidentiality.

Rates: Rates are including heating and hot water costs, linen and towels, cable tv, Wifi, and taxes.

Payment: By means of the credit card details in the reservation, the Property has the right to charge an amount, or the full amount as a guarantee for the booking, depending on the rate:

Flexible Rate: The total price of the reservation will be charged 2 days prior to arrival Non-refundable Rate The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking.

Methods of Payment: We accepts Diners, Mastercard and Visa payments, bank transfer or PayPal.

Further information: The credit card provided for the booking needs to be owned by the head booker and presented upon check-in. Payments are not accepted if the head booker and the credit card is not present. At arrival the Property reserves the right to compare the credit card that has been used for the booking with the actual credit card. In case the credit card is not present or does not belong to the head booker, a new form of payment will need to be provided.

Occupants: Only persons notified to us prior to arrival may occupy the apartment. You may not re-let/sublet the apartment to any other third party without our written approval. The number of persons permitted to occupy the apartment is limited to the number of beds available and this limit may not be exceeded without our prior written approval. We reserve the right to refuse admittance to the apartment if this condition is not complied with.

Damage: We are not responsible for any damages or loss of personal belongings that are being kept at the accommodation. A safebox is provided in the apartment for any valuables. You are responsible for taking care of the apartment and its contents. The Property cannot be held liable for any items missing from the accommodation and safe.

Liabilities: The Property is not liable for any direct or indirect damages that may occur as a consequence of the guests use of the apartment, including physical damages, insurance, losses because of fire, robbery or criminal behavior. Any damages must be reported to us without delay.

The Property is not liable for any injury sustained to guests staying or visiting the apartments and/or facilities. The Property cannot be held responsible for any damages caused by third-parties.

Leaving luggage: It is possible to leave your luggage at the front desk. Leaving your luggage at the front desk is at your own risk. The Property cannot be held liable for any damages made to or loss of luggage.

Check in/ out requirements:

Check-in time: 13:00pm onwards (If there is sufficient availability in the Property it is possible to check in earlier. This is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed prior to arrival.)

Check-out time: latest by 11:00 am. (The Key must be returned by 11:00 am on the departure day. If there is any delay in vacating the apartment beyond the agreed time, a late check-out fee or a full day's rental may be charged).

Fair Use: The guest and its party agree to be considerate guests and to take good care of the apartment and not to act in any way which would cause disturbance in neighboring apartments.

PROPERTY RULES

  • No Smoking or Vaping Anywhere in the property.
  • Be respectful and minfful of your neighbors.
  • Do not use the Apartment for any illegal activity.
  • Check in 13:00 pm. / Check out 11:00 am.
  • No Parties or Events.
  • No Pets.
  • Guest agrees top ay damage.
  • Respect our towels and sheets.
  • Only registered guests are allowed.
  • Fee for lost key 15 USD.
  • Disponse the Garbage everyday at night in the Trash Can.
  • Turn off lights and appliances whene not in use.

Property Announcements

The key pick-up and drop-off locations will be at the property. Please contact the Property in advance using the contact information provided in your booking confirmation to arrange a time for key collection and check in.

This property requires that the guests review a set of rental rules and agree to abide by the rules during their stay. The property will provide the rental rules upon confirmation of the reservation.

Occupancy is strictly restricted to the number of guests listed on the Reservation. Violation will result in forfeiture of all monies paid including the security deposit and the reservation will be immediately canceled.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.

Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
